These two steps alone will eliminate most of the unnatural foods that have been the empty calories that not only were contributing to weight gain, but cravings as well.

As mentioned we are adding those whole foods that are nourishing and filling. Non-starchy vegetables can be a dieter’s best friend. These are the foods to eat with wild abandon — literally unlimited quantities. They are sometimes dubbed “negative calorie foods.” In principle this is somewhat true, as these foods can give your metabolism a slight boost and not all calories are absorbed by the body due to the high water and fiber content. They are ideal for natural weight loss.
