What is left? Take the jump-start or quick-start approach. You will want to create a calorie deficit — calculate your caloric needs — and look to cut 500 calories daily as well as add some daily aerobic exercise. If you’re just starting out, walking is fine, but look to intensify. While the appeal of losing weight without exercise may have its appeal, you will want everything working in your favor for following one of the healthy fast weight loss diets.
Here are some guidelines.
Remove processed foods and fast foods from your diet. These foods are high in sodium, fat and salt and shockingly high in calories. They also induce cravings. Who hasn’t had a craving for an unhealthy food? The good news is that you can eliminate the food and its addictive power over you.

Avoid drinking your calories. Soft drinks can add hundreds of calories a day. This one step can work wonders!
Get enough sleep. Studies show that lack of sleep impacts us negatively in many ways; our cortisol levels rise — this is the hormone that induces fat storage. Also, lack of sleep makes us hungrier and, too, we may feel tempted to eat something to get enough energy to get through the day. Not only that, but being awake more hours affords more time for mindless eating and snacking.
